Baking paper – also known as silicone bakery paper or parchment paper – is greaseproof paper that is used for baking and cooking. Baking paper is the multi-purpose kitchen helper that can be used for several different applications and it is just perfect for use with bread, cakes, cookies and sweets. Like white pergamyn paper, it is made from 100% natural raw materials and it has a non-stick surface which prevents food from sticking. These sheets are also highly heat-resistant and can be used in temperatures up to 220°C.
This special bi-silicone paper ensures that food does not stick on trays, cake forms or dishes, and because no oil is needed to coat them, it also means easier dishwashing. Bakey paper is suitable for use in refrigerators, freezers, conventional and combination ovens and can be also used for decorating, crafting, gift wrapping, grating and rolling out – it can even be used in the microwave. Both sides are siliconized and non-stick, so you can use the paper both ways. To guarantee maximum food hygiene and environmental performance, this special paper is white.
